Hey everyone! I had to take my vehicle in for service and I was not feeling it. Due to some preconceived ideas about dealerships, I never really utilized their services. I had a chance to talk with Kendrick I was not feeling it. Due to some preconceived ideas about dealerships, I never really utilized their services. I had a chance to talk with Kendrick about my dealership fears and found out that I had been making a misinformed decision all these years. Once my vehicle was diagnosed, he called to inform me and I was back on the road within one day. The service I received from being dropped off at home to being picked up and taken back to the dealership was on point and I am thankful for that. Now I have a different outlook on taking my vehicle into the dealership to be serviced. My total experience was fantastic!! Thank you Kendrick and the BMW service team of Farmington Hills. More
