I’ve owned BMWs for many years in many states and in Germany. This dealership exudes arrogance. The customer experience was mechanical, not personal. In the end, the only problem I mentioned to the service advisor was not fixed. They simply told me that there was no problem found and didn’t show me. When I got home it was clear that the problem was still there. I buy BMWs because of the brand reputation and customer experience. But the value is rapidly eroding as the costs increase and customer service diminishes. Perhaps it’s time for me to consider a different luxury brand for my next purchase. More

In for factory airbag replacement. Car was washed afterwords and, apparently a window, on passenger side was not completely closed and water entered the car. I was told that the water entered, due to afterwords and, apparently a window, on passenger side was not completely closed and water entered the car. I was told that the water entered, due to a leak and, it was cleaned up. However, I had a car wash yesterday and there was NO leak!!.....I do not like being lied to! If the window was inadvertently left cracked open then own it!! More
