Great experience, as always. Had the car in for regular oil and brake service. It took Ken less than 10 minutes to write the service order, get a loaner car and me out the door again. Service was finished oil and brake service. It took Ken less than 10 minutes to write the service order, get a loaner car and me out the door again. Service was finished 5 hours later, my car was waiting clean and sanitized when I arrived to pick it up. Highly recommend Erhard for any BMW service needs. More

Had an exceptional experience with Erhard and their service team. Service manager quickly arranged for a loaner car once he determined the service would take longer than anticipated. Service was comple service team. Service manager quickly arranged for a loaner car once he determined the service would take longer than anticipated. Service was completed and to my sprise, they even vacuumed the floor mats. they kept me informed along the way and I will definitely use them again. Note this is also after an excellent sales experience. More

I kept getting a “Drivetrain Malfunction” message and a putt putt (low power) feeling periodically while I drive. I finally brought it in, didn’t really want to pay dealership price but they replaced all s putt putt (low power) feeling periodically while I drive. I finally brought it in, didn’t really want to pay dealership price but they replaced all spark plugs and coils the same day. Now my x3 is driving like brand new again! The only area for improvement would be the capability for the operator to inform you whether your vehicle is ready or not when you call because I had to call back several times and kept getting transfer by the operator to different associates that were either away from their desk or assisting other customers. This process was lengthy and a lot of back and forth when the operator could’ve just told me that my vehicle was ready although no one had called to inform me and it was nearing the end of business hours for the day. Overall very satisfied with vehicle service. Will go back. Thank you again BMW Farmington Hills! More
