All was perfect. Ken the adviser is always top rate. I did notice my ft chrome grill was not installed properly and came loose. Customer Service!! Top notch BMW dealership. Jeff Seit for sales and Ken Foster for service = awesome experience. I made the mistake of driving to Milwaukee to buy Top notch BMW dealership. Jeff Seit for sales and Ken Foster for service = awesome experience. I made the mistake of driving to Milwaukee to buy my certified used 2016 550i....left less than happy. I felt like they "had me" since I drove to Wisconsin to buy - zero personality and full of themselves. I drove away very angry and was upset. I was more angry at myself for not contacting Jeff Seit first as the salesman and Sales Manager at the Milwaukee North BMW dealer were the epitome of "used car" salesmen. Never again. If you want to be ignore, this is the place Initial purchase experience was ok, and I get that the dealer is under significant reconstruction. Two service visits since I bought 11 months ago... Initial purchase experience was ok, and I get that the dealer is under significant reconstruction. Two service visits since I bought 11 months ago...both times I found service department to be subpar as compared to competitors (and I have had Cadillacs, Acuras, Lincolns, a Volvo, etc). Most recent visit was for an oil change and a request to check a tire for a slow leak. TOOK 2.5 HOURS, EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I drove into the service write up area and got out, and it took several minutes for someone to ask why I was there (after he finished telling his funny story to another service advisor). I was the only customer in the write up area, and it was obviously slow (and continued to be, I was the only person in the waiting area). After I got seated in the waiting area, I got an automated text from the advisor "so that we could easily communicate" while I was there. Never got another text, even though I texted back several times asking what the status was. Had to find him after nearly two hours to find out what the problem was. Essentially, I was left to feel like I was imposing on them to be there! (As a side note, my salesman walked by me no fewer than twenty times while I sat there, with not so much as a nod or hello). At least the attitude here is consistent. More
