Service for tire issues I had to replace tires the two front tires almost a year ago due to the horrible Michigan roads. Tire issues again this year and thankfully there was a warranty. They replaced the tires and fixed a rim. Excellent service and Chad is super nice. More

First Service Experience Last year near the end of summer I purchased a long-time dream car of mine, a 1998 Z3. The car is in fantastic shape, and I want to keep it that way, Last year near the end of summer I purchased a long-time dream car of mine, a 1998 Z3. The car is in fantastic shape, and I want to keep it that way, so I set up an appointment for an oil change. The staff friendliness is top notch and the dealership layout is very nice. I also own a Ford Fusion and take it to the dealership I purchased it from for its scheduled maintenance. There were a few differences in the service. First, the documentation regarding the work done on my vehicle is significantly lacking from what I get with my oil changes at Ford. I don't know what the "World Class Inspection" means as it is not defined anywhere as to what it includes, but on my invoice sheet it says "Inspection Not Completed", so???? No explanation as to why it wasn't, and outside of the oil change I don't know that anything else was done/looked at. I get a full sheet on my Fusion at every oil change indicating fluid levels, tire pressure, tread wear, brake conditions, etc. With this oil change, nothing of the sort. It says under "How we give you 'Peace of Mind'" about searching the database for things I should know about my vehicle based on mileage/time on the road, and making recommendations and treatment plan for the vehicle, but that didn't happen. Also, I found the price to be a little shocking, $119.31. Because it is BMW I expected it to be a little more, but not that much, especially if all I got was an oil change. Again nothing on this "World Class Inspection" that apparently was not completed. Also Ford documents recommended services at specific mileages in the paperwork I receive back. Nothing here. For the name, reputation, and especially the price I guess I was expecting a little more. More
