Service with a smile. I have no choice but to bring my X3 into the dealership for oil changes. I bought it used a year ago and soon found out that going to the corner for a I have no choice but to bring my X3 into the dealership for oil changes. I bought it used a year ago and soon found out that going to the corner for an oil change was not possible, as no one stocks filters or services BMW without hesitation. Never knew that. Erhard is nice enough. Staff is friendly and showroom/waiting room is clean, although being renovated at this time. I was a little put off when I pulled in to find no one but the porter wearing a mask during the Pandemic scare...? But hey, we are in re-open phase, I guess I just wear mine. Then we get to the oil change and necessary air filter, because of course I need one. $385 right off the bat. It’s a BMW so oil changes and air filters cost more. Other than that, happy with the service and staff. More
