Engine blew up shortly after warranty expired. Bought the BMW from Erhard. Had all service performed at Erhard. Engine blew up (turbo failed due to wear) shortly after warranty expired. I specifically asked them for a complete inspection on my last service before my CPO warranty ran out. No sympathy or deal offered to rectify the situation or just make it less painful, just a $5k bill. Don't get your car serviced here. They obviously don't do a thorough enough job to prevent complete engine failure right after your warranty expires. Looking at what other dealerships have done for their BMW customers (specifically examining potential high price parts that have a tendency to fail in cars before the CPO warranty expires), it's clear Erhard BMW does the absolute bare minimum in their service.
