I had my 3 year old daughter with me for a 2 hour long service on my car. The staff were amazing and quick on everything. very nice and courteous with both my daughter and I. World Class Service Been dealing with Erhard of Farmington Hills for 10 years or so. I have purchased and serviced 2 cars from them. These guys get it!! Doesn't matter Been dealing with Erhard of Farmington Hills for 10 years or so. I have purchased and serviced 2 cars from them. These guys get it!! Doesn't matter if it is the selling process (Kurt Hagemen) or Service (Chad Rossetter). They look out for you, and make sure the experience is really as good as it can be. Overpriced but you probably already know this Everyone probably already knows this but dealerships like these survive on overcharging the customers in the name of better service. Tire cost: 275 a Everyone probably already knows this but dealerships like these survive on overcharging the customers in the name of better service. Tire cost: 275 at bmw, same tire price with installation in Belle tire: 166. There are numerous such examples. Loot in the name of service My heart broke when they charged me 400$ for diagnosis, gave me a 6000$ estimate (this is 50% more than a different unpretentious dealership) for a car worth 5000$ and did not even wash or vacuum my car properly.
