Of all of the BMW dealerships in the Bay Area this one is the greatest to deal with. From minor service to major repairs, it gets done quickly and efficiently. the greatest to deal with. From minor service to major repairs, it gets done quickly and efficiently. More
My experience with BMW Fremont was very positive. My honest experience: I recently purchased a BMW X3 from this dealership and had a great overall experience. My journey started with the internet sales team, after which the sales manager personally em from this dealership and had a great overall experience. My journey started with the internet sales team, after which the sales manager personally emailed me to set up an appointment and test drive. My salesperson, Jeremiah Allen, was fantastic. He took the time to walk me through the car's features and upgrades in detail, patiently answered all my questions, and advocated for my target price with management. When it came to negotiating the numbers, the sales manager, Shabir Kudus, was incredibly approachable and transparent. My only real grievance was regarding the rebate/incentive application—the initial dealer discount percentage was reduced to offset the incentive, which didn't feel entirely fair to me. However, Shabir did his best to explain the breakdown and ensure I understood the math. Outside of that specific hitch, he was a great guy to work with to finalize the deal. Finally, I worked with Patrick in finance. While there was a strong push to buy extra protection packages—which is standard dealer practice, though I declined-he was easy to talk to and provided all the necessary details clearly. Overall, it’s a great dealership. A huge shoutout to Jeremy, Shabir, and Patrick for making this deal happen! More
I drive only BMWs and this pre-certified BMW is the worst experience I have ever had in terms of me buying from a BMW dealership. The Sales Advisor and the Sales Manager are the two worst people I have ever experience I have ever had in terms of me buying from a BMW dealership. The Sales Advisor and the Sales Manager are the two worst people I have ever experienced in my life. Either they put the blame on COVID or they put the blame on the term that it is a used car. As this is the fifth BMW vehicle I am buying in my life, I know the DO's and DONT's of what to negotiate in buying a pre-certified BMW. The Sales Advisor and Sales Manager are so awful and pathetic and do not even touch up the paint a very small spot. You might ask of why I still ended up in purchasing a vehicle from BWM of Fremont(Autonation) as I like this pre-certified BMW a trillion times with the package that came as part of it. I have heard about negative reviews of BMW of Fremont(AutoNation) and my personal experience proved that this is one of the worst dealerships across the nation. You can track my BMW car history and I am willing enough for an open conversation with Autonation senior management/leadership, which I hardly doubt that they will even consider for a discussion. BMW will remind you when service is due, but apparently not when your $1,000+ prepaid maintenance plan is about to expire. I learned my coverage had expired just 2 days earlier. BMW confirmed they do not not when your $1,000+ prepaid maintenance plan is about to expire. I learned my coverage had expired just 2 days earlier. BMW confirmed they do not send expiration reminders and expect customers to track it themselves through the app or website. Several dealerships told me this happens all the time. Disappointing customer experience from a premium brand. More
Representatives review all services required and discuss available options. Although the maintenance took three hours primarily for an oil change, this was acceptable. I am satisfied with the service provid available options. Although the maintenance took three hours primarily for an oil change, this was acceptable. I am satisfied with the service provided, and my vehicle was also washed. More
