Advisor was professional and explained all options for the oil change and open recall repairs and all inspection reports for recommended repairs were provided via a video msg. When I placed an order for my 2024 5-series knowing I won't get my car for a long time as it was on backorder with long lead time. without hesitation, I placed the order & went to Nick & told him - "buying a car is a 1-time decision but staying with the car & subsequent services is a long process & you are the differentiator". for the last 18-months after I took possession of the new vehicle, I never looked back. Nick is my man (PERIOD) - how so? if he were on vacation, I'd wait for his return! More

I had a good experience purchasing a used car at BMW Fremont. The sales rep, Calvin responded to my questions very quickly. Within a short time, she confirmed that it was simply a formatting issue in the contract and reassured me that the plan I had actually purchased was indeed the Ultimate Care Plus (5 years / 75,000 miles).
