I don't come often which is good. If you are coming often that means your car isn't being serviced properly. Not a problem here Matt is the host with the most. If I have an issue an issue I'm usually taking my car in without an appt. which the staff (Matt) are happy to oblige. Maybe because I am a good customer and don't complain. Now, however when my car does have to be kept, it would be nice if the service has a car available for me to use as occasionally I have to get to work or meeting on the peninsula. Uber does not always help. Other than that I appreciate my local BMMW dealership. Lisa More

Brought my car for service multiple times and each time I was very disappointed. The service staff was not welcoming. Never coming back to this dealership again. Fremont BMW was able to get my car in for service quickly and the wait was, well... there was really no wait. I have been to other BMW dealerships for service where, even though I had an appt, I waited and and the wait was, well... there was really no wait. I have been to other BMW dealerships for service where, even though I had an appt, I waited and waited and felt like just another number. The service department, and Charles, treated me with respect and did not treat me as though I knew nothing about my vehicle. The level of service I receive AFTER I buy a vehicle will definitely influence who I want to buy a vehicle from in the future. Fremont BMW is now the front runner! More
