After I dropped my vehicle for the recall related service, the estimated time to fix the vehicle was more than 2 hours and it could take longer. I requested a ride(Uber/Lyft) to my home(17 miles away service, the estimated time to fix the vehicle was more than 2 hours and it could take longer. I requested a ride(Uber/Lyft) to my home(17 miles away) from the service manager and it was denied because the dealer management doesn't allow and I had to wait 2 hours at the dealership.
