She was friendly, helpful, and gave me multiple oppo weeks while I tried to nab a 2022 i4 that wasn't claimed after 72 hours by a reservation holder. She was friendly, helpful, and gave me multiple opportunities on unclaimed cars that I just kept getting beat on by other customers (first one to show wins). One of her own customer reservations failed to show so this time she gave me time to say yes and drive the hour to the dealer to buy it. A very friendly, easy buying experience - the easiest I've ever had buying a car. I think I was out of there in like 90 minutes. I'm recommending anybody I know looking for a good deal on a new BMW to reach out to Fremont BMW. More
