Was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and super friendly, but not the fake typical sales friendly. We bonded more than just that and he made my experience from test driving all the way to driving my new X5 off the lot amazing. And during these weird time when they can sell cars to anyone, he didn't make it about that he made it about what is best for me and making sure I was doing the right thing for me. My service was done with Nick Lal. It is a great experience. The service charge is reasonable with BMW. Nick offered me $199 for 3x oil change, which is quite above my expectation.
