I was in a bit of a bind with my 328i hitting its 10k for the oil change and my local dealer Sandy Sansing being booked up until the end of the month. I had to take a trip out to Jax to dogsit for my little sis. I called Tom Bush BMW in Jax who I’ve used before and they were booked as well. I believe I scheduled the service at Gainesville BMW online but they got me in and taken care of rather quick. They even knocked the spark plug job out too! And their service was impressive! The young man, I believe his name was Andy Camacho, was the actual definition of what I call a service manager! The technician has a very good eye and caught some other issues like the strut wear and top valve cover leak. Although the service tech in Jax said it was a small leak, the service tech at Gainesville caught the struts and explained how that could be causing the rumble when I brake. Very excellent service, and I may be driving down there for my future service and even purchasing needs. Would give infinite stars if I could. More
