BMW of Gainesville was a well organized dealership. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and very helpful and generous from start to finish. They were straight forward when talking about prices but were also willing to work with us and consider our budget in order to make us feel comfortable before we made a decision. Connor offered us a water as soon as we walked in the door and was very personable through the entire experience. Everyone else that helped us were also very personable. Our vehicle was well maintained and I was very impressed to know that they put 4 brand new tires on the van, a brand new battery, replaced oil and air filters, did an alignment, did an oil change on it and replaced the brake pads. Also before we left they put a full tank of gas in it and completely detailed it for us. Our experience was great and I would recommend Gainesville BMW to anyone. More
