From the first interaction, Jonny "Will Make Sure You're Straight" Willingham never made me feel pressured or uneasy about doing business with Sewell, so I decided to make the drive from San Antonio to Dallas Fort Worth. He did everything that he said he would do; ensuring that Sewell's reputation of being a dealership of integrity remained intact. James Cardenas and Amanda Lloyd assisted Jonny during my vehicle purchase, and they both exhibited a professional and cordial demeanor throughout the whole transaction. Sewell is extremely fortunate to have them all as representatives of their sales team, and they should all definitely be commended. Anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from BMW of Grapevine should do themselves a favor and ask for Jonny Willingham, I promise that you will not be disappointed!!!! More

We were in search of a newer car for my wife when we visited Sewell BMW Grapevine Pre-Owned. Initially, we were there to view a X5 that we saw on Cars.com and had - it turned out - the great pleasure an visited Sewell BMW Grapevine Pre-Owned. Initially, we were there to view a X5 that we saw on Cars.com and had - it turned out - the great pleasure and experience of meeting Gabriel Chavex. Gabe was able to help us in our decision-making process and he asked, answered and LISTENED to each of our 100's of questions. Gabe is very knowledgeable and proved to be a Great Salesperson, who provided us with information essential in making our decisions. He never demonstrated any of the qualities I dislike in a "Used Car Salesperson" - you know the type; Impatience, Never Listening, There-just-to sell-you-any car-available, etc. Even after the purchase, Gabe went to bat for us on a rather small item replacement and provided us with a fabulous overall car buying experience. We have plans for him to start looking for a car for our daughter in the near future and will only use him at Sewell to find us a car for her. More

This is the second time I’ve gone and received no help from any salesperson. I went to this dealer ship with family. If I could I would give them a zero!! No salesperson ever came up to us we walked aroun from any salesperson. I went to this dealer ship with family. If I could I would give them a zero!! No salesperson ever came up to us we walked around for 30-45 minutes looking at cars we even went inside. Other families walking around looking at cars just like us received help but we continued to not get help. Seems like they definitely stereotyping based on race and clothing. Very disappointed in Sewell as they’re supposed to be all about customer service. Do not go there! More

I’ve purchased two BMWs from Sewell Grapevine. My first was a 2018 430i, and I just received a new 2022 X5. Sewell is wonderful! They make purchasing a car so simple. I attempted to contact this dealership for two days in regards to my interest in a CPO 530e, and never once received any form of communication back. It's now been two days later and that car has been sol regards to my interest in a CPO 530e, and never once received any form of communication back. It's now been two days later and that car has been sold. I can't imagine how if they're not willing to reach out to potential customers. More
