It was actually, dare I say, enjoyable. What made it so pleasant was the way I was treated by Baye Lo (salesman) and Tomasz Kleps (manager) throughout the whole process. I can’t thank them enough. Prime example. When I went to pick the car up, the detailing crew had missed a few things. The car didn’t look the way it should have. Baye and Tomasz were super apologetic and insisted that I bring it back in at a time that was convenient for me so that it could be properly and more thoroughly detailed. And then threw in new windshield wipers right before I drove it away. It’s clear that their commitment to service excellence was genuine and reliable. If you’re in the market for a BMW, definitely go to Gwinnett Place and definitely ask for Baye and Tomasz. More

This time around, I found a CPO vehicle at Gwinnett Place and made the drive out after going back and forth on the phone. Once I got there, Sadi steered me toward a nicer, newer car at the same price point— I ended up with a brand new X3 M50 without compromising my budget or the features I wanted. What stood out most is that Sadi goes the extra mile and never once made me feel like an inconvenience, even with the questions I second-guessed asking. This wasn’t near my first time buying a car on my own, but Sadi would be perfect for someone buying their first car.. his patience, transparency, and genuinely keeping your best interests in mind make all the difference when you don’t know what to expect.
