We bought 2 cars from this dealership past 2 years a 2022 X7 and a 2021 X5 however the sales team was good and we were happy with the SUV's we took one for service last week to see if the damage was covered X7 and a 2021 X5 however the sales team was good and we were happy with the SUV's we took one for service last week to see if the damage was covered by the warranty but instead of letting us know it has a fiscal damage and it won't be covered they have decided to charge us $430 total money hungry management. 1- we spoke to the service person (vanesa romero) and she was no help for us but however declined to provide us with our warranty docs and said it was confidential. So we asked to spoke to the manager. 2- we went to the manager'e office ( Sayed faem and Patrick crisafulli ) both have no business to be in customer service or even close to being nice so rude money hungry don't care about you all they care about is how they gonna make as much money. After almost 30 of them trying to poke me and make me say something I never did I decided to pay and leave and they didn't care if I would go to court or not. I advise anyone to go somewhere else where they will be treated fairly I will never be returning to buy or service my cars there again More
