I bought a BMW 528 I 3 weeks ago. 1st they told me I had to finance through their financial services and that was my only option. Then they tried to lie about the interest rate they gave me which I knew was to finance through their financial services and that was my only option. Then they tried to lie about the interest rate they gave me which I knew was wrong because they have my excellent credit. He told me he told me there was nothing he could do that’s what they came back with. I’ve sold vehicles so I knew about them trying to scheme a couple more points on the interest rate so they could pocket it. I told him no, he needs to get the monthly payment down. He came back with a better Interest rate after he repeatedly tried lying about. And then when I was checking out I asked about getting a rear window curtain put in and he told me it had to be done aftermarket and they could do it but id have to get it from parts division which was already closed. I just called and spoke to parts and they told me that’s not even possible. And lastly they were advertising the vehicle I bought as a 2014 model. It’s VIN says it’s a 2013. This place is horrible and I strongly advise you go else where! More
