Joshua Munir, appeared at first to be very helpful and knowledgeable, however I ended up passing on another vehicle (different dealership) at his request, only to find out the car he promised me was already purchased, and he KNEW IT ALL ALONG. Find another BMW dealer, there are several others to choose from. If you must, just don't work with Joshua Munir More
