Yesterday I purchased my first ever BMW... Emmitt is an amazing sales person,  very approachable,  knowledgeable and have his customers best interest at heart. He went above and beyond for my husband and I today he was able to locate the Exact same vehicle I wanted and had it delivered within hours hassle free. Emmitt made us feel as if we were apart of the BMW family from the second he greeted us at the door. My experience at BMW Gwinnett has been like no other (ever), the hospitality, the friendliness, the expertise,  the patience,  the cleanness.. Overall I rate my entire experience a 9.5 /10, even after the "mishap " BMW is definitely #1  for customers satisfaction on my list.
