I saw a 2011 Mercedes benz GL450 on united BMW website in Atlanta and decided to buy the vehicle. My sales person was Matthew Whittenburg, and the service i received from him wasn't encouraging, but thanks to Stephen Matz who took charge and straightened things out. The service i got from Stephen will make me refer Canadians to try eCommerce with this company. I received the vehicle 2 days ago and its a good deal except for some minor missing parts on the ceiling which didn't show in the pictures and Matthew never advised me of them. Its good to know that even with so much going on in today's world, you can start and finish a Transaction through eCommerce. I was heavily pregnant so I relied on pictures on the internet, and have no regrets Things was slowing down with Matthew even after my draft cleared, but once Stephen stepped in, it was a smooth and quick purchase, they even shipped the vehicle to buffalo border for me to pick it up and drive it into Canada. The company really worked with me, and I appreciate it. No matter how many times you call Stephen always called back within minutes even if you leave a nasty message, he was always polite and professional. I hope to buy my next vehicle from them and will surely be dealing with Stephen again. More

Excellent experience After reading all of the positive reviews on this site, I decided to set up an appointment with Peter Horcicka to look at certified pre-owned X5s and After reading all of the positive reviews on this site, I decided to set up an appointment with Peter Horcicka to look at certified pre-owned X5s and 535s. Peter was ready when I arrived, had a true understanding of what was important to me as far as colors and options, and spent several hours making sure that my wife and I had seen what we needed to see to arrive at a decision. Peter has an engaging personality and an honest, pressure-free style that is very refreshing for the industry. He wasn't afraid to give his opinions on which options may be unnecessary or overpriced, and also recommended alternatives that we may not have thought of otherwise. Ultimately, we pulled the trigger on a 2014 CPO X5 - both Peter and Casey Miller in finance stayed late to make sure that we were taken care of.
