Excellent experience After reading all of the positive reviews on this site, I decided to set up an appointment with Peter Horcicka to look at certified pre-owned X5s and After reading all of the positive reviews on this site, I decided to set up an appointment with Peter Horcicka to look at certified pre-owned X5s and 535s. Peter was ready when I arrived, had a true understanding of what was important to me as far as colors and options, and spent several hours making sure that my wife and I had seen what we needed to see to arrive at a decision. Peter has an engaging personality and an honest, pressure-free style that is very refreshing for the industry. He wasn't afraid to give his opinions on which options may be unnecessary or overpriced, and also recommended alternatives that we may not have thought of otherwise. Ultimately, we pulled the trigger on a 2014 CPO X5 - both Peter and Casey Miller in finance stayed late to make sure that we were taken care of. There was a wealth of material online about the car, which checked out as completely accurate (aside from one unnecessary superlative--"loaded"). This dealer is very careful, which translates into a lengthy, time-consuming purchase process compared with other car purchases I have made in the past. More
