Within a hour and a half after meeting Jagger, we found an X5 with the options I wanted, went for a test drive, and agreed on a price. The X5 was detailed and brought to the new car delivery area where, Yari, the BMW Genius spent thirty minutes with me explaining the technology available in the X5. The entire staff is outstanding and after driving the X5 for a few days, it's exceeding my expectations. Having purchased numerous Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus products during the past thirty years I have no reservations in saying that BMW of Henderson provided the best sales service I have ever experienced. Jonathan, the GM, will send you a nice intro email, but then will disappear if any issue comes up. Good luck getting a return phone call. My purchase took over 30 days and I had to email or call every step of the way to get done and find out what was happening. Every step! Their responses were curt and borderline sarcastic. Now my temp tag expired two days ago and I still don't have the title in hand to get plates. Overall, a horrendous experience for the purchase of a $70k vehicle! More
