I will start by saying the salesperson Robert Crampton deserves 5 stars, the rest of the experience deserves the absolute minimum allowable. When I go to a dealership I expect to be upsold, deal with push deserves 5 stars, the rest of the experience deserves the absolute minimum allowable. When I go to a dealership I expect to be upsold, deal with pushy sales people, etc, that is just part of the experience. I do not expect to be blatantly LIED to and then treated rudely and LIED to some more. I had a very unpleasant experience with Justin the finance person two years ago, and I was even further disgusted by my experience today. I understand it is Justin's goal to sell maintenance plans, he probably gets an incentive or a gold star, but blatantly LYING to customers crosses a line. He told me that in order to keep the "free" CPO Warranty that came with the vehicle I was purchasing I was required to get ALL maintenance including oil changes at a BMW Service Center. As someone who has owned BMWs for 20 years, this didn't sound right to me so I questioned it and he confirmed it was a requirement then shoved a piece of paper at me showing me it would cost some insane amount of money to do the maintenance on my car, but I could pay for some plan and get a great value. My husband, who currently owns 4 BMWs, asked again about the requirement to keep the CPO and Justin replied "100% all maintenance needs to be done at a BMW service center". At this point I said I didn't care the CPO isn't what it used to be and I'm not paying for one of these plans because we do our own maintenance. Then he looks at his computer and tells me he can see that I recently paid $600 for an oil change on a MINI at the MINI dealership . . . false. I had to pay $600 for a transmission fluid change because I don't have the computer software to reset the dual clutch transmission program. I'm not sure how service I had done on a non-BMW at a different dealership is his business. While explaining that I do not want any of these plans I googled the CPO Warranty and BMW DOES NOT require all maintenance to be done at their shop. There is actually a federal law that prevents companies from requiring that as a term of the warranty. At this point after being LIED to I was ready to abandon the car had been waiting on for months, not just being LIED to, but spoken to in the most rude, jerkish tone I have ever experienced. I sucked it up and finished the deal. (Which I didn't even want to finance but was incorrectly told initially that they would not accept a personal check). Then when leaving Justin told me some xx about how that car is a great color and I'm lucky because it had just arrived. FALSE AGAIN. I have been watching that car on their website for 4 weeks and pounced after they dropped the price for the 3rd time. It is not only unethical, but likely illegal to lie to people in an effort to get them to purchase plans based on false information. Fraud. I spoke to a manager while there, he confirmed what I was told was a LIE about the CPO Warranty and Maintenance, and said he will talk to Justin. However, someone who can lie repeatedly and so effortlessly will never change their stripes, it is a character flaw and if Henderson BMW keeps this person in this role they support FRAUD. Again, Robert Crampton is amazing and I am sorry he has to work with such a miserably rude and unethical being. More

I’m a little torn about this one, I absolutely love AutoNation BMW of Henderson over any other dealership in the state! This time I feel like I got effed over a little bit. I dropped my 2019 i3 off to AutoNation BMW of Henderson over any other dealership in the state! This time I feel like I got effed over a little bit. I dropped my 2019 i3 off to have a screen repair done that was caused by the neglect of the service department (at $0 cost to me), they gave me a $75,000 loaner to flex while they took care of me and I was elated! A 2026 i5 All white with a sunroof and PIRELLI TIRES (Not run flats) BTW! I picked up the car on the 23rd and on the morning of the 27th I caught a flat. I was thinking I’d be fine (All luxury vehicles have RunFlat tires) or so I thought. Long story short I called AAA to get the beauty back to the dealership and I was charged $336 for a tire replacement when I originally had no bill at all. My Service Advisor told me that they were doing me a favor by loaning me the i5 but the overall cost and experience that was had, has my heart torn. More
