Our 328i went in for some recall work. I felt informed from start to finish about the entire process. I was also informed about some neede maintainence and repair work that needed to be do I felt informed from start to finish about the entire process. I brought my BMW X5 in for annual service by appointment. I only waited a few minutes for my service advisor. Everything was ready for me to sign, he asked for my time allowance to have my car completed. A t I only waited a few minutes for my service advisor. Everything was ready for me to sign, he asked for my time allowance to have my car completed. A text with a video attached came a couple of hours later. This was showing me the tire tread check on all tires. The car was completed early and for the quoted price. Great service overall! More
