I visited this dealership many times this year to test drive and check out their inventory. After dealing with many people, I can tell that their staff are very well trained. I had a pleasant experienc drive and check out their inventory. After dealing with many people, I can tell that their staff are very well trained. I had a pleasant experience buying my first BMW. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to my needs. They gave me a very fair amount for my trade-in. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a BMW or other car as they have many different brands for sale that they've purchased from other customers. More

Bought a new 4 series (our 4th BMW since 2015), sales person was excellent, but total process took far too long. Arrived at 3pm, left almost 4 hours later, vehicle was ready to go when I arrived. With current economy, the buyer has no leverage, virtually no new inventory on the lots, one has to order the new car to spec. In the end, as a customer, I don't feel like I got a good "Deal". It's par for the course right now as all dealers have no new inventory (Possibly intentional brand decisions?) and some brands are marking up what little inventory they do have on hot cars, even if you order to spec. I guess I am supposed to feel fortunate I paid MSRP. General unwillingness to negotiate on price, because they hold all the cards, for the new car and my trade in, unwilling to offer packages on new car to help grease the skids on the low trade in price offered. In the end, if you want a BMW in Vegas you have two choices, both are same owner. I choose to stay with BMW, great cars and service, but overall this purchasing experience was not as good as past 3 BMWs we've purchased both here and in the midwest. More
