CPO vehicle was brought back next day for service… suspension adjustments were needed. After 2 days - vehicle was ready only to keep vibrating at highway speeds. Everyone at Henderson BMW are very professional and very kind people. Ian the service writer always greets me when I get there and always knowledgeable. Get what needs to be done and speedy. vehicle has adhesive on the top of the rear hatch. I did not detect this until i washed the car. vehicle has several scratches on the wood just in front of driver seat. It appears this is linked to the widow damage that was requested to be fixed. Nothing was done to resolve the window or hood scratches. My expectation would be to have a local dealer rub our hood scratches if possible. the windshield also has a horizontal crack above the reported windshield damage. More

Only fault is with parts department who ordered the wrong part and I had return to pick my car up and then reschedule. Then Brought my car in at 8am, heard back at 1pm that the part was wrong.
