My car was in the shop for two weeks. The warranty company had to be notified to allow the repairs to be made. When I bought the warranty from another BMW dealer it was $5,000 and I was told it would cover virtually everything except maintenance items. The first bill they gave me was $7700! It took them two trips into the shop to get the dealer to get it squared away, Once I got the car back I noticed they didn't even bother to wash it? Unfortunately I have driven BMWś for years and still have two today. The service from BMW of Henderson is always a nightmare! The cars are great, the service is not! More

Ever since automation took over this dealership it’s customer service has gone down. I’ve tried to purchase a car from them 5 times in 8 years with no luck. I brought my car in and I didn't realize it had an oil leak and the tires had really uneven wear from poor alignment. The technician showed me with a video the issues with my car, and the SA was thorough leak and the tires had really uneven wear from poor alignment. The car stopped in the middle of the freeway all upon sudden. Took it to dealership. Was told to replace certain part. Brought up the concern of the defect to the repair representative and was told it is sudden. Took it to dealership. Was told to replace certain part. Never had that happened to me before with 7 cars owned. Obviously defective and the dealership did not wanted to take responsibility of fixing it. Would never suggest going to the dealership and either buying another BMW or fixing one there! More
