My BMW didn't pass smog test so I took it to the dealership to clear a code. They kept my car for 5 days. I was told there was no rental car available. ( It was a huge hassle to get rides to work dealership to clear a code. They kept my car for 5 days. I was told there was no rental car available. ( It was a huge hassle to get rides to work for those days, but I understand things are different after pandemic.) After I paid for service, I was told that I could have had my smog done there! Why didn't anyone suggest that before I picked up my car? Other than those two issues, the service provided was great. More

Worst service I have had with BMW. Poor communication on status of service, had to travel to another location for loaner vehicle which was not reserved prior to my appointment. I was given a ride to a rental service and was given small compact car. Service was not completed when promised. Luckily I had a hotel for the night. Next day, approx. 1030am service rep. text car was done. I arrived approx. 1 hour later and car was not ready. I'm from Lake Havasu City. I will have my X5 serviced in Phoenix next time. More

I’ve leased my last two cars from BMW Henderson. They are fair and reasonable - more than I can say about most dealerships. Everyone is consistently kind, friendly, and helpful.
