I had quite a few issues going on with my 2019 330i. My service advisor was Kyle. He was really nice, very attentive & took notes on all of the issues that I had noticed. He kept in touch with me througho service advisor was Kyle. He was really nice, very attentive & took notes on all of the issues that I had noticed. He kept in touch with me throughout the day. As soon as he knew that he would need to keep the car overnight, possibly longer he made sure that there was a loaner vehicle there for me to use while the warranty repairs were being fixed. I could not be happier with the service and outcome. Kyle is a great addition to BMW Henderson! Thanks Kyle! More
