Service center was a great experience. Kyle answered all questions promptly and made sure I was aware of what was happening with my car. The video inspection walk through with the service Kyle answered all questions promptly and made sure I was aware of what was happening with my car. The video inspection walk through with the service mechanic was next level, recommended what needed to get done next. Loaner vehicle was an X3 and got to drive and get to know the advancement that the newer model featured.
