My sales person gets 10 stars, she was great. The dealership is fine, the Salesperson Doug which is not helpful. I came next day to bring back documents for his attention, I told him I am in my way and he pointed that he is with customer. When I reach helpful. I came next day to bring back documents for his attention, I told him I am in my way and he pointed that he is with customer. When I reached the dealership I called again to ask him to pickup the documents and make sure all the information is accurate. He declined to come out because it's raining , I waited half an hour. In the end I walked in and helped by other salesman his name is Tom very nice person. Doug was doing the same working multiple customers and zI did accommodate. But his not willing to give me a minute of his precious time to oversee the documents, look even a world of apology this person shouldn't be in the business of customer service. All is about himself which is fine but don't forget I paid your commission Doug. This culture of arrogance has to stop. More
