ℹ scheduled an oil change for 2 pm was told I had to wait till end of the day. The price I was quoted was $110 dollars for which I agreed. With each item requiring a 250 dollar diagnostic fee first. The car was serviced for many years at this BMW dealer with thousands of dollars in service. The adviser could not answer my questions and they were not sure about what was wrong. I did not feel comfortable as a customer or confident about the service. More
