Purchased a pre-owned vehicle. BMW messed up the registration transfer two times and I had to constantly call in and nag for updates. Each time the paperwork was submitted I was to BMW messed up the registration transfer two times and I had to constantly call in and nag for updates. Each time the paperwork was submitted I was told it could take up to 60 days to process from the DMV and get back to me. Purchased the vehicle in June of 2022 here I am receiving my vehicle registration via mail on January 3rd of 2023. What's more is the registration was mailed from BMW of Honolulu not directly from the DMV. The date issued was November 25, 2022 and the lien holder received proof of purchase on December 1st, 2022, so I'm fairly certain BMW held the registration for an extra month before mailing it out. The kicker part is BMW tried to blame the DMV both times they failed to submit the proper paperwork. You would think they would get it right despite charging 500 dollar paperwork fees. After the first two times of reaching out the staff was rude. 10/10 would recommend going elsewhere for any and all purchases. Staff is not helpful after the point of sale. More

I went in at 4pm, car was brought out filthy. When I asked, he said it was never in the wash line. Over promise under deliver. Don’t tell me something that’s not true. Be honest. More

Great experience. Was looking for a larger vehicle for the family because the sedan was no longer cutting it for me and the family. Especially with a little one and all the things we need to haul with her while out and about (stroller, etc) , we wanted a secondary vehicle with size. As much as I loved my sedan, to make a jump, the next car will have to have everything what I wanted and needed. Shopping around and visited other dealerships, nothing really stood out or the experience wasn’t for me, which lead us to BMW. Being a past customer, I know their vehicles and they treat customers well and that hasn’t changed, even years after. Mike C. helped me find the vehicle I wanted and was super patient and understanding of my needs and wants. No pressure at all. Gave days to think about it and was glad the vehicle I had my eyes on was still there. Nonetheless, I made the purchase and it was as smooth as you can get. BMW got me the price for my trade in I wanted, the price for the vehicle that I was hoping, and next thing you know I’m taking delivery of a beautiful BMW X5. Mike C. was the best and definitely will look forward to working with him if I decide on another purchase. More
