Upon completion of servicing my vehicle, it was mentioned to have my car washed, however it wasn't. I asked my service agent, he said it was but probably collected dust overnight. Sloppy mechanics for the price you pay. I thought mechanics at a dealership such as BMW would take better care and treat me better. Three times In a row I’ve found issues. Each time raising I thought mechanics at a dealership such as BMW would take better care and treat me better. Three times In a row I’ve found issues. Each time raising concerns with service advisors, yet the same issues still happen! Oil spills on engine, oil smears on steering wheel, inside engine compartment on several surfaces.. covers left off of things, air intakes left loose, bolts freely moving by hand .. why can’t they wipe up oil smears and spills? Why can’t they replace air intakes properly? At least tighten the hold downs after you’ve removed them!!! Very frustrating the lack of care for their workmanship!! Once, I can overlook.. but the third time, in a row??? Maybe bmw owes me a refund on the mechanics labor???! More
Check in process for routine maintenance a little confusing. Used to be much better a few years ago. Looks as though they’re taking on more than they can handle in one day. I was asked if I wanted my car washed and if so, it would be another hour. That question was never asked before. It was done automatically. BMW of Honolulu needs to step up their customer service to their past excellence record if they want to keep my business. This is unsat. Management needs to pay attention. More

They denied my warranty and they blaming the tune that was installed 1 year and half ago. The tune doesn’t even in the car for 3 days before they installed the MPPSK. BMW doesn’t accept the fact that ther was installed 1 year and half ago. The tune doesn’t even in the car for 3 days before they installed the MPPSK. BMW doesn’t accept the fact that there is a quality issue in the B58 engine PCV system. I will never go back on this dealer again, very frustrating. They have my car for 3 weeks and called me after 3 weeks that warranty is denied. I’ve been loyal with them truthfully but because of what happened I will not go back again in here. They just telling me because of the tune but they cannot even explain what the root cause. More
