Rick was good, they took care of the problem. Very easy and fast. Only issue is with BMW and not the service tech. They changed a tire that needed to be changed. I then went to change the other three and fast. Only issue is with BMW and not the service tech. They changed a tire that needed to be changed. I then went to change the other three tires and found out that BMW charged me twice what I would pay outside for the same exact tire. Double, seems a little much.. I will never buy a tire from BMW ever again! More
