I've purchased two cars from this dealership! I purchased a certified pre owned last year and after I sold it recently, purchased my new 2024 X3. Anthony Au was my salesman both times. Anthony is I purchased a certified pre owned last year and after I sold it recently, purchased my new 2024 X3. Anthony Au was my salesman both times. Anthony is my go to guy and I will recommend him and anyone to go to him as long as he’s there! He doesn’t treat you like you’re just another sale to him, you become family to him and he treats you like it from start to forever. He was very patient, very knowledgeable, and never pushed! He was very responsive to all of my texts and phone calls. I felt like he was genuinely interested in helping me make the right decision for both purchases. With the preowned he went over all of the specs, showed me the carfax, and the full inspection report for the car to be certified. My most recent purchase had a lot of back and forth for the approval for the financing, and took a little bit of time, about 10 days. I had to provide additional information, and even then, Anthony was very patient with me and made sure to provide the specific information of what was needed. The sales manager, I didn’t catch his name, worked effortlessly behind the scenes with the bank to answer all of their questions and provide everything they needed to approve me. Once I had the approval, Anthony knew which car I wanted, as he had been holding the specific car that I chose for me. He and the sales manager were always very up front with me on the pricing, and clear on what my breakdowns of financing were. Once we had the green light, Anthony jumped right to his normal outstanding customer service. I let him know that I would be in to sign after work (around 515). By the time I had gotten there, he had the car detailed, all of the paperwork ready, all of the features activated and ready to go. The only thing he needed from me was proof of insurance. This is where Issac, the Finance Manager, really showed his genuine commitment to provide a stress free contract signing. Issac handled my finance signing both times! He is simply amazing! When I sold my previous BMW, he was quick to help me cancel out my extended contracts and apply for reimbursement. Once they received the approval he was quick to have the check issued to me for the balance. For my new purchase, I specifically asked that Issac be the one to handle the finance part and Anthony made sure to make that happen. Issac went over everything, he let me know which incentives were available that I would benefit from the most, and even made it to where I could get the extra things I wanted all under my price point. Isaac got me exactly what I wanted when it came to my payment and the extras I wanted, nothing more and nothing less. I purchased an add on package to get my front windows tinted, at the price , you wouldn’t find it cheaper at an independent shop. Issac reached out to me to schedule a time for me to bring it in and let me know they would set me up with a loaner for the day while they had my car. He has always maintained open communication with me whether by phone or email. When I finished signing everything, Anthony walked me to my car and took the time to go over all of the features and helped me set up everything to ensure I had no issues. He helped me link up my Apple car play and link my car to the app in my phone. He even went over the different features of the app with me! They were both very efficient, knowledgeable and delivered the exact vehicle I wanted as promised in perfect condition, no snags at all! Anthony has been in touch with me several times after purchasing to check in and make sure everything was going good and that I didn’t need anything or have any questions. l 100% highly recommend you reach out to Anthony Au if you want the best experience purchasing a car!
