Great service from Jimmy from start to finish! He kept me informed every step of the way. I brought my X5 in too get a number of things fixed. They were able to diagnose a number of issues and fix all of the informed every step of the way. I brought my X5 in too get a number of things fixed. They were able to diagnose a number of issues and fix all of them in an efficient and timely manner. I was also given a loaner vehicle while mine got serviced. The only downside I experienced was that my warranty covered only a portion of my bill which is out of their control. I highly recommend BMW of Honolulu! More
