Errol was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient when I checked in my BMW for its express service. Furthermore, the car was ready when he said it would be and great communication from him and the tech Noah checked in my BMW for its express service. Their initial service was awesome, follow up not so much. I recommend for a BMW possibly. Bought a used Nissan which died 2 weeks later, they said they couldn't help me because it's a Nissan.
