There is no reason at all for a month to process return of money. Insurance paid over the amount needed and BMW hangs on to the money! No problem cashing the check! I was also never informed the cause of the problem with the last accident! Breaks did not hold! Car was shipped to Germany but no one contacted me about cause! Was it the breaks? I am driving an X1 now! I still get great service from Tina Sterling and service department! That’s why we continue to come back More

My service advisor Yvette Simoes immediately checked me in with no wait. She inspected the car and noticed that an interior door panel that was slightly misaligned. That was something that I didn’t notice for the couple of years that I owned the car. Probably still wouldn’t have noticed if she didn’t bring it to my attention. She immediately added that to the work order. Process was immediate, with no wait and was given her cell number in case I needed to contact her. Car was completed within a reasonable timeframe. Yvette was the best service advisor that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Quick, knowledgeable, and shows that she cares about the customer. The best experience ever!! Thank you!! More
