Recall, poor and unaceptable service I took my 7 series in for a recall and mybserviceman was very rude. Later that day i got a call from him at 4pm saying car was ready and currently bei I took my 7 series in for a recall and mybserviceman was very rude. Later that day i got a call from him at 4pm saying car was ready and currently being washed. I got there 430pm amd car was not ready and there were many customers waiting for their cars. At 510pm a service person was looking arpund without saying a name. I asked status of my car and she happend to be looking for me. She said my car is ready but not washed yet. If i want it washed , its another 15min wait. Left the dealership at 530 very upset with their poor service. More

Overall, great experience. My experience with BMW of Honolulu has been great so far. They were able to take care of my primary request right away and under extended warranty. They were able to take care of my secondary request within a day and provided me with a free rental. The only glitch to the entire experience and the reason I cannot give them an "Excellent" rating is that it was noted that I received a complimentary car wash but it was not washed. The same water spots from using my windshield wiper the day before was still there. The wheels were still covered with brake dust too. At any rate, everyone at the dealership were professional and friendly. Thank you to the service greeters, service advisors, technicians, shuttle drivers and everyone who took part in providing me with a great experience. More
