In comparison, the Midtown location is better than the Clear Lake location. Clear Lake said I needed a valve cover and gasket replacement, Liam took a look and said it was dry and there was no need. After hearing that I will not be returning to Clear Lake. Made me question the breaks and rotors replacement I had done at Clear Lake on a car with only 25k miles, was that needed? When first entering the establishment I was not greeted by anyone until I met salesman Mohammed on the third floor. After making a deal I waited to meet with finance, where there was a fully stocked beverage bar with coffee, tea and even nitro cold brew, which was delicious. Shortly thereafter I was met by Unis to discuss the terms of finance. He was extremely informative and helpful. The entire process was extraordinarily painless, pleasant, and took less than a couple of hours. Fully exceeded my expectations and I left with a sense of fulfillment and a new vehicle.
