Tom, thank you for bringing this to my attention. I’m sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. From what you’ve described, it sounds like there may have been a breakdown in communication regarding the vehicle’s availability and the timing of your inspection. Pre-owned inventory especially highly desirable models like the Z4 can move quickly. We cannot hold a vehicle. That said, you should have received clear and timely communication throughout the process. Regarding the PPI, we always recommend confirming availability and securing the vehicle prior to incurring any third-party inspection costs. I understand your concern, and I would be happy to review the situation further with my team to ensure everything was handled appropriately.
