I had an excellent experience at BMW of Houston Midtown! Starting with David Guerrero, who reached out to me regarding a recall issue. She’s been there many years and she’s a pro.. During my car servicing, David kept me informed, about the progress of my service, via text message, After my washed vehicle was returned to me, David put me in touch with Christina Stewart who is a BMW Genius. She was able to answer a multitude of questions and walk me through what I needed to do regarding the operation of my vehicle. She was delightful, and even though this was a new position for her, I would’ve never known it, as she was very professional and patient. It was a great experience. When she wasn’t able to answer a question, she called Cesar, who came immediately and answered the question. I highly recommend this BMW location!! More

Knowledgeable staff about the cars and warranties. Wasn’t a fan of being accused of my check “bouncing” when that wasn’t fact. My bank put a security hold due to the amount.
