I have two BMWs in my garage and have been a loyal customer for years, but BMW of Houston Midtown just showed me exactly how little that loyalty matters. I custom-ordered a vehicle, tracked it for mon customer for years, but BMW of Houston Midtown just showed me exactly how little that loyalty matters. I custom-ordered a vehicle, tracked it for months on my BMW account with a specific VIN, and arrived to pay only to find out they sold my car to someone else. This is a "Priority 1" custom build that was linked to my name, yet they sold it out from under me the moment it hit the lot. Shady, unethical, and a complete lack of integrity. If you value your time or your business, stay far away from this dealership. They do not honor their commitments. The GM reached out to me and said they will provide a solution after I left a negative review stating this fact, but then when I got in touch with him, he didn't provide any valid solution and refuse to reply any of our email. Its been almost a month now and no solutions. Please stay away from this dealership and don't waste your time. More
