My service advisor is Eduardo and he is by far the best there is! I had issues with my coolant levels dropping and having to refill my coolant very often. My previous service advisor stated that it was there is! I had issues with my coolant levels dropping and having to refill my coolant very often. My previous service advisor stated that it was normal due to it being a performance vehicle. For a year I was constantly refilling it. I then had another routine yearly maintenance service appt with Eduardo and mentioned these concerns again. He immediately told me that it was NOT normal to be losing coolant like I was and made sure to have the mechanics investigate further. Turned out to be a huge leak in my turbo coolant lines that ultimately were repaired under warranty. My warranty would’ve soon expired and I would have had to spend quite a bit in repairs for something previous advisors tried to say is normal! Eduardo has since always made sure I took full advantage of warranties and service packages to get maximum benefit! I won’t go to anyone else now! Thank you Eduardo! More

Excellent experience- only took 1 hr and 30 mins start to finish. Received an acceptable trade in value for my car and the vehicle I purchased was priced very reasonably.
