I had an excellent experience with BMW’s roadside assistance and service department. Yesterday, I got a flat tire and called BMW Roadside Assistance. They arrived in less than 30 minutes and quickly assistance and service department. Yesterday, I got a flat tire and called BMW Roadside Assistance. They arrived in less than 30 minutes and quickly replaced my tire, making a stressful situation so much easier. After that, I went to the dealership, where they replaced the damaged tire with a brand-new one. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. I also highly recommend purchasing the tire and wheel protection when you lease your BMW. It ended up saving me about $400 on the replacement tire, and it was absolutely worth it. Outstanding customer service from start to finish! More
