Advantage BMW Midtown Houston once again provided me with an outstanding service experience. Our advisor Eduardo was fantastic! He notified me when the initial work was done and the service report available for my review and approval. Once the authorized work was completed and the vehicle was ready for pick up he sent an Uber to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. Overall the process was smooth and stress free and the car was clean and ready when I arrived. Overall, I give the experience and Eduardo a 10 out of 10!
