Service on September 9, 2025: I just took my BMX X5 out the garage after being parked for over 11 months. When I started it, there was a backfire caution light that showed up along with reduce power. I know this can occur when a vehicle sits to long whiteout be driven. Know that my family was heading out on vacation on September 10, 2025, I immediately took my vehicle into BMW North Houston. I knew it would be a long shot to get my vehicle checked and serviced for the caution lights, but I took it in anyway with the understanding that it would not get serviced in a short period of time. Anyway, BMW knowing that I was heading out of town the next day was able to get my vehicle serviced for the issue with ease. BMW North Houston has always treated me fairly, and always comes through when I needed them. They are one of the best BMW location in Houston, TX. I strongly recommend you using them if you want your BMX running like new. Finally, I want to give a shout out to my service adviser, Mr. Jason Mendoza. Yes you heard it because he is back at BMW North Houston. Jason, think you for getting my vehicle in and serviced at the last minute. You have always been my go to for all of my BMW, and I’m definitely glad you are back. As always, thanks BMW North Houston for taking care of all my vehicles over the years More

No protection mats was provided to protect my floor mats. They were very filthy after service. No attempt to clean them. I did ask service advisor to make sure they did. First time at this dealership for break-in service and I am very impressed. From the moment I drove up to the service drive I was greeted immediately by the porters. After that my service advisor, Hamza cam am very impressed. From the moment I drove up to the service drive I was greeted immediately by the porters. After that my service advisor, Hamza came to the drive. Great guy. He was very outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable about his line of work. I also had the pleasure of meeting my service tech, Richard Johnson. He is very knowledgeable about his work. I don't usually trust just anyone working on my cars, but with Richard, I have no worries my car will get taken cared of and in a timely manner. Overall, I'm very pleased with my service experience at BMW North. More
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the recent service experience at your dealership. I dropped off my vehicle on June 23 and did not receive it back until J disappointment regarding the recent service experience at your dealership. I dropped off my vehicle on June 23 and did not receive it back until July 25. Prior to the drop-off, I spoke with your service advisor, Deryck, and clearly outlined five separate issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. I also informed him that I would require a loaner or rental vehicle. Deryck told me that because my vehicle is not a 2018 or newer, a loaner could not be provided, but a rental could be arranged if covered under my extended warranty—which it was. Despite all this, none of the five issues I originally brought my vehicle in for were resolved. Shockingly, all of the warning lights that were present before service reappeared before I even made it home from picking up my vehicle. To make matters worse: I was charged an additional two hours of labor out of pocket beyond what the warranty covered. My AM radio still does not work. My heater is still not functioning. I paid nearly $1,200 out-of-pocket, and my extended warranty was charged close to $8,000—which is outrageous considering no problems were actually fixed. This experience reflects not only a lack of communication and accountability from Deryck but also raises serious concerns about the competency of the technician (Jesus) who worked on my vehicle. The issues I originally reported remain unresolved, and I now feel like I’ve been taken advantage of financially and left without a properly functioning vehicle. This is not the first poor experience I’ve had at your dealership, and it’s incredibly disappointing—especially for a brand like BMW that is supposed to stand for quality and excellence! More
