My service writer, Craig Runaas, is wonderful. I have concerns about AutoNation and its loaner policy. In my opinion, if you want to sell luxury vehicles, you must have luxury service. My experience with this dealership was a smooth process when I purchased my car. However, I was very disappointed to find out that the key to unlock the wheels on my car were missing from the previous own when I purchased my car. However, I was very disappointed to find out that the key to unlock the wheels on my car were missing from the previous owner. I feel that BMW should have checked for this item before selling the car to me. BMW did assist with getting my tire changed but it put me in a dangerous situation by driving on a runner flat tire which was shredded into pieces by the time I arrived. More

The service experience here is broken. My wife scheduled an oil change and after 2-1/2 hours was told it was like being at the doctor’s office and it just takes as long as it takes. My wife scheduled an oil change and after 2-1/2 hours was told it was like being at the doctor’s office and it just takes as long as it takes. I brought her car back a few weeks later for more service. After dropping the car off early in the morning I had a text exchange around 10am with the service advisor. Tried to follow up later in the day with no response. Found out later he had gone home for the day, Picked the car up at 4pm and thankfully the work was completed. Probably going to try BMW Woodlands next time More
