FANTASTIC service as usual! From the minute we drove into the service area until our 2023 X! was ready to go back home with us, we were treated with RESPECT and PROFESSIONALIZEM From the minute we drove into the service area until our 2023 X! was ready to go back home with us, we were treated with RESPECT and PROFESSIONALIZEM. We were made to feel like we were import as a customer, NOT just some number on a spreadsheet, but more like a family member. Ms. Hall is ALWAYS GREAT to work with, and the mechanics work VERY HARD to complete the work COMPLETELY & PROPERLY the first time. All the while taking pictures or videos of the required service, so we know the condition of our vehicle and its progress. This is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED by my wife and I. WE can’t thank you ALL enough for making our time spent at BMW of Las Vegas, a PLEASURE!!! More

I was initially denied an interior warranty repair (leather separating from the steering wheel) by BMW (not the dealership) and had to escalate the matter, that they then said they would “try and glue (leather separating from the steering wheel) by BMW (not the dealership) and had to escalate the matter, that they then said they would “try and glue.” Because of this I scored BMW low on my survey while still giving high marks to my service advisor. I then get the following text from the SA: “ Hi Brian, I just noticed that you failed my survey. I explained to you that was not my call and I understood where you were coming from. That is disappointing that you scored my service low as I tried to go over and above for you. - Joe” I left a VM with the service manager and emailed the GM asking if this type of communication to a customer was normal and no one replied. So, if you want to get texts like this for wanting BMW to stand behind their product and be ignored by management then this is the dealer for you. Queue the dealer “we are sorry and take these matters seriously” canned response. They don’t care. More
I came back for a second service to get tires changed. Again, near 1st in line at 7am. It took 6 hours to change tires. Pitiful. We've all been warned about BMW prices and service.
